How to get Your Aadhaar Card update appointment from Home?

Aadhar card updation has never been easy for us, but now with this new initiative government has added a new link on UIDAI website from where you can get an appointment for getting your Aadhaar updated at the enrolment center, without visiting there for the appointment. You have to just book a appointment from there, and visit the center at the date and time you have selected.

Aadhaar card is the main identity which everyone in India has. Having a Aadhaar card being up to date helps companies to successfully verify while buying a new connection to DTH, Cellular Connection etc. It can be used for KYC (know your customer), when you are getting your details updated at the bank or Wallet applications like PayTM.

Now to get your Aadhaar card updated or to register a new Aadhaar card, you have to go to UIDAI Official website, or click here. Here in UIDAI website, find the section of My Aadhaar in its main menu, after that follow the below steps:

  1. Visit/open UIDAI official website.
  2. Main Navigation Menu>My Aadhaar>Get Aadhaar>Book an Appointment.
  3. Select your city/location>click on proceed to book and appointment.
  4. Enter your current mobile number and the captcha code given there.
  5. Select services you wish to update.
  6. Fill in the proper information, as required.
  7. Choose a slot at the end, with your preferred timings.
  8. Click on submit details.
  9. Now you are ready to go to the center at the particular date and timings.

Just make sure that the details entered by you, during the Aadhaar appointment doesn’t get wrong even by mistake. As these details which you will fill out will be considered for the updation. Once you have submitted the details you can’t edit.
